Enrollment in the Maryland College Investment Plan is open year-round.

Follow these simple steps and you’re on your way to having a plan.

  1. Please read the entire Enrollment Kit before deciding to enroll.
  2. Choose one or more investment options.
  3. Choose how much and how often you wish to contribute.

Enroll by completing a paper enrollment form. This form can be obtained by either:

  1. Viewing the enrollment kit online and printing the enrollment form; or
  2. Requesting an enrollment kit by mail which includes an enrollment form.
**We are currently developing the 2008-2009 College Savings Plans of Maryland Enrollment Kit, which will likely be available by mail in late October.  The 2007-2008 Enrollment Kit is no longer available by mail, but you can access it electronically by clicking here. If you would like a new kit mailed to you when they are available, please click here to fill out the necessary information.  Thank you for your interest.
